The Institute for Clinical Ayurveda LLC (“The ICA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides educational programs and digital materials intended for personal and professional development in the field of Ayurveda.
Due to the nature of our programs, access to digital materials, and limited enrollment capacity, our refund policy is intentionally strict.
Please read the policy carefully before enrolling.
If an application fee is required, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Before classes begin:
Refund requests made within 7 days of acceptance may be eligible for a refund minus a $250 administrative fee.
After 7 days from acceptance no refunds will be issued, even if the program start date has not yet arrived.
Once a student has received access to ANY course materials, online platform content, live classes, or digital resources, ALL tuition payments become fully non-refundable.
This includes annual, two-pay, and monthly payment plans.
If you select the monthly auto-pay option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to pay may result in suspension from the program, but the payment obligation remains unless otherwise required by law.
Withdrawing from the program does not grant a refund.
Withdrawn students may request re-entry during the next cohort, subject to availability and administrative approval.
Refund requests submitted within 3 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee, provided no course materials have been accessed.
No refunds will be issued once any lesson, video, workbook, or downloadable material has been accessed.
Because this course is short-format and digitally delivered, all sales are considered final after access.
If you choose the two-payment option, both payments must be completed on schedule.
Failure to complete the second payment may result in removal from the course.
Tuition payments and course enrollments are non-transferable to other students, future cohorts, or other ICA programs unless explicitly approved in writing.
We understand life circumstances may arise.
In extremely rare cases involving verified medical emergencies or severe personal hardship, The ICA may grant partial credit toward future programs.
Credits are:
Not guaranteed
Not equivalent to refunds
Granted solely at ICA’s discretion
Valid only for 12 months

Date of purchase
Reason for request
Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Requests submitted anywhere else (social media, text, verbal messages) will not be considered valid.
Approved refunds (rare) may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
By enrolling in any program or course offered by The Institute for Clinical Ayurveda LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
This agreement is binding regardless of payment method or plan selected.
