Welcome to The Institute for Clinical Ayurveda LLC (“The ICA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website — https://theicayurveda.com — and your participation in our educational programs, courses, and related services.
By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our materials, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
The Institute for Clinical Ayurveda LLC is an educational organization providing training in Ayurveda.
Our courses are designed for educational and self-development purposes only.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
All content on this website — including videos, written materials, and course instruction — is for informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
To enroll in our courses or programs, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate enrollment for violation of these Terms or other misconduct that disrupts the learning environment.
Physician of Clinical Ayurveda Program
Tuition: $9,999 per year
Two-Pay Option: $5,099 (second payment due at 6 months)
Monthly Auto-Pay Option: $875 per month
5% discount for full payment upon acceptance
Six Weeks to Self-Health: Introduction to Ayurveda
Tuition: $599
Two-Pay Option: $300 (second payment due by Week 3)
Payments are securely processed via third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for tuition, fees, or recurring billing as selected at enrollment.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of program access.
All refund and cancellation requests must comply with our official Refund Policy, which is available on our website or within your enrollment agreement.

No refunds are provided once a course has begun or materials have been accessed, except where required by law.
Deposits or administrative fees may be non-refundable.
Please review your program’s specific refund terms prior to enrollment.
All materials provided by The ICA — including course videos, manuals, PDFs, graphics, written content, lectures, and recordings — are the intellectual property of The Institute for Clinical Ayurveda LLC or its licensed partners.
Students and visitors may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Record classes, share materials, or use them for commercial teaching purposes.
Limited personal, non-transferable access is granted solely for educational use during your enrollment period.
Students agree to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all online or in-person communication. This includes:
Treating classmates, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
Avoiding profanity, offensive language, or personal attacks.
Focusing on ideas rather than individuals when disagreeing.
Exercising caution with humor or sarcasm to avoid misinterpretation.
Protecting personal privacy and not sharing sensitive information in public forums.
Staying on topic in discussions and communications.
Using clear grammar and spelling for professional communication.
Addressing concerns privately and professionally through appropriate channels before escalating.
Students must uphold academic honesty at all times. This includes:
Completing their own work and properly citing all sources.
Avoiding plagiarism or unauthorized sharing of answers.
Managing time responsibly and meeting deadlines.
Checking the learning platform regularly for updates.
Respecting copyright and not distributing ICA course materials without permission.
Students agree to use the online learning platform responsibly. This includes:
Formatting posts clearly for readability.
Using appropriate channels for public questions and private matters.
Ensuring uploaded files are reasonable in size and accessible to others.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
A warning.
Removal of posts or temporary restrictions.
Formal disciplinary action.
Dismissal from the program without refund for repeated or serious violations.
No Medical Claims: The ICA and its faculty do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease as explained by western medicine. All teachings are educational in nature and shown how to treat ailments purely from an Ayurveda standpoint.
